ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for processing employee insurance deductions. Reconciles insurance billings to employee payroll deductions. Assists with yearly preparation of Affordable Care Act (ACA) forms. Cross-trained to serve as backup payroll associate, as needed, during high volume work cycles. Cross-trained in other departmental capacities. Assists with payroll data entry and processing needs. Processes leave without pay and other payroll letters and payments.
